Koeman free from punishment for speaking harsh about VAR

Following the 7th round of the La Liga match against Real, Barcelona’s head coach Ronald Koeman commented on VAR system.

As a result, the Catalan club coach will not be punished for making harsh comments.

Mundo Deportivo reports that with reference to Cadena SER no sanctions will be imposed on the coach, despite the fact that the competition committee has opened a case against Koeman.

Specialists could be disqualified for 2 to 12 matches.

Previously, Koeman told referee Juan Martinez Munuera: “For what? Did you see the footage of the game with Getafe? The VAR only works against us.”
