Chelsea finally completed a deal with Bayern Leverkusen for Kai Havertz at an agreement worth £ 70 million ($91 m) including add-ons.
The Blues successfully negotiated the £90 m ($118 m) asking price with the Bundesliga squad and with a small percentage coming in add-ons Chelsea will pay almost the whole fee upfront.
