Juventus began conversation with former coach to terminate the contract

To terminate the contract with its former head coach Maurizio Sarri, Juventus began negotiations. 

The coach was fired in August after Turin left the Champions League 1/8 finals following the match with Lyon. 

Journalist Nicolo Schira reports that sides cannot agree on the amount of compensation for the 61-year-old coach.

The coach earned 5.5 million euros for the season in the club.

Sarri’s agreement with Juve is still valid until the summer of 2022.
