Jurgen Klopp is planning to take a year-long sabbatical after his time at Liverpool ends.
When questioned where he will find himself in four years’ time, the German boss said on YouTube in an interview with Leeroy Matata, “Many people ask me this question. I’ve never heard someone questioning Pep Guardiola about it, but his deal expires next year.”
“I have four years left, which seems like a football lifetime. During this period, a lot will happen. I’d say I’m going to think about whether to renew or not in four years.”
“If I don’t renew, I will go on holiday. The next day, when I quit Liverpool, I won’t get a new job. This is for sure. After Liverpool, I’ll take a one-year break.”
