Jurgen Klopp summarized Liverpool match with West Ham in the 7th round England championship.
“The world is in a difficult situation, and we are happy that we are allowed to play football. We have to try our best to win. We are talking about hard work, not about shining and flying,” said Klopp to BBC.
“Hard work was necessary against such an opponent as West Ham. It’s not about simple things, because they’re too good for that. You have to be bold and tricky. That’s who we were.”
“We had a lot of good football – not 500 moments or anything like that, but enough. I don’t want us to play brilliantly now, because that’s impossible. I want to see us fight, and we did it. I am happy.”
