Jurgen Klopp: Tottenham’s results are very impressive

Ahead of tonight’s match against Tottenham, Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has spoken out about his rival’s lead in the EPL.

“I am not surprised. Their results are very impressive, and they are playing great this year. He [Mourinho] has turned them into a results machine and that’s how it is. They are winning even when they are not at their best. They’re defending as a whole team and that’s hugely impressive,” said Klopp at the pre match conference.

“Kane and Son stand out, but even if you keep them quiet, Tottenham have plenty of other good players. A proper team for expecting trouble from.”
