Tottenham forward Harry Kane was substituted at half-time after an injury in the 20th round of the EPL match against Liverpool (1-3).
Head coach Jose Mourinho has spoken about the injury to the player.
“Both ankles are injured. In the first one Thiago fouled roughly, in the second one I don’t know exactly. But he has injuries to both ankles, with the second injury worse than the first. He will miss several weeks, I will not say exactly,” Mourinho said to BBC.
“There are players who can’t be replaced. When that happens – nothing can be done. But I believe we have to keep fighting, there is nothing else we can do.”
