Inter Milan is planning an exchange offer with Manchester United for Ivan Perisic in return for Alexis Sanchez’s bid.
As it stands, next month after spending the 2019-20 campaign on loan at San Siro, Sanchez is due to return to Old Trafford, but a recent report claimed the Italian giants could try to sign him on a permanent deal.
This season Perisic has scored three times and registered ten assists in 26 Inter outings and according to Calciomercato, the side of Antonio Conte could offer Perisic as a makeweight in an international move for Chile.
United was unable to get a deal over the line for Perisic during Jose Mourinho’s time in charge of the club.
At Bayern Munich, Perisic has spent loan campaign 2019-20, for the German champions he scored six times and contributed 10 assists in 31 appearances.
The 31-year-old is due to return to San Siro this summer, but his current contract in Milan will expire in June 2022, and during the forthcoming transfer window, he could be moved on.
