Ibrahimovic may return to Sweden

Zlatan Ibrahimovic could send Sweden extra fire-power for their World Cup qualification campaign as the December draw gets closer.

Ibrahimovic needs to get out of international retirement he has stated, and with the Milan striker, coach Janne Andersson had a constructive meeting about the possibility this week.

Andersson said on the Swedish FA website: “When Zlatan opened up for games in the national team, it felt natural and important to meet and discuss this as soon as possible.”

“I am glad that we managed to get a meeting so quickly.”
