Ibrahimovic earned a milestone of 100 games in Milan

‘I never had any competition,’ said Zlatan Ibrahimovic after achieving 100 games for Milan.

Paolo Maldini presented the Swede with a club award and the 38-year-old jokingly dedicated the achievement to his teammates, having played 100 games over two spells at the Diavolo.

“Thanks to my teammates, I couldn’t do it without you,” said Zlatan in a video shared on the club’s official Twitter account: “Thankfully, I have no competition.”

He sent a message to the fans: “Hey everyone, thank you for all your messages of congratulations on my 100th game in Rossoneri colors. Playing for Milan is a huge pleasure, so I intend to play even more games. My greetings to all of you.”

So far in his 100 games, Zlatan has scored 62 goals and contributed 27 assists, helping Milan win its last Scudetto in 2010-11, followed by a Supercoppa Italiana title in 2011-12.
