Gerard Pique says Referees help Real Madrid

Gerard Pique, a Barcelona defender has recalled his memories of rivaling against Real Madrid in one of their youth tournaments.

The Catalan side was 2-0 up but lost 2-3. The winning goal was scored by Alberto Lora, now playing for Spanish third division club Marino de Luanco.

The winning goal was scored after the ball was taken away from Pique.

Looking at replays of the episode in a Movistar documentary Pique said, “it’s a foul, man! The referees have been helping Real Madrid since the youth teams.”
