Marten de Roon looks positive that Atalanta will be capable to fight with Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Monday.
“I think for everybody this is a really significant match: for the players, for the city, for the province, for Italy,” De Roon said at a press conference.
“We’ve been preparing for the game we shouldn’t change much. It is a game like any else except it has more value.”
“A Champions League quarter-final is a fantasy, a fantasy for so many players.”
“We realize we will compete against some of the biggest teams. We have done so in Europe, in Italy.”
“It’ll be much more against Paris, with stars like Neymar, [Kylian] Mbappe and Thiago Silva remaining at that level for 10 years. We are ready to go.”
