De Bruyne probable to extend Manchester City contract

Manchester City attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne might sign a new contract with the club in the near future.

With the 29-year-old Belgian the City management are in an advanced stage of negotiations regarding the extension of his current contract until 2025, according to journalist Nicolo Schira.

The source claims that under the terms of the new deal Kevin De Bruyne will earn €21m per year.

The Belgian midfielder has featured for Manchester City in 23 games, scoring three goals and providing 15 assists in all competitions this season. His current contract expires in the summer of 2023.
