Leeds traveled to Broadfield Stadium for their first FA Cup game of the season, one that would prove to be their last.
Crawley Town pulled off the biggest shock of the FA Cup third round so far as they defeated Leeds United 3-0.
Crawley began on the bench with Mark Wright, star of The Only Way Is Essex, but the tv celebrity did not get on the pitch before the last few seconds.
Some bigger stars like Patrick Bamford had rested manager Marcelo Bielsa still selected several players who would feature in his best team.
In the 50th minute of Nick Tsaroulla and Ashley Nadesan in the 53rd, Bielsa was tactically out-thought as Crawley grabbed two goals in three second half minutes, giving the home side the possibility of a famous win, and Jordan Tunnicliffe made it three with 13 minutes left.
The League Two side were able to hang on to the final whistle for the fourth round draw to make their way into the hat.
