Ciro Immobile: Lewandowski is the best No9 in the world

Lazio striker Ciro Immobile has commented on Robert Lewandowski’s performance ahead of the Champions League match against Bayern Munich.

“What I like most about Lewandowski is that he is never completely satisfied,” Immobile said to UEFA official website.

“Every year he wants to add and take a new high, even when he has already reached an outstanding level.”

“He is an amazing striker. In my opinion, he’s the best No9 in the world, so we need to be careful.”

“What’s incredible is that I beat him for the Golden Shoe. I’m very happy to be competing with players like him and Cristiano Ronaldo.”
