Champions League is the best sports competition in the world, remarks UEFA

UEFA and FIFA made comments on the concept of ​creating a European Premier League.

“The principles of solidarity, promotion, and demotion in divisions, open leagues are not subject to discussion. This is what European football works for. The Champions League is the best sports competition in the world.” 

“UEFA and clubs were committed to building such power not to destroy it by creating a Super League of 10, 12, or even 24 teams. This will inevitably be boring,” quotes UEFA and FIFA APnews.

“FIFA doesn’t want to comment and participate in any speculation about periodically emerging topics. The institutional structures and regulatory framework are well developed at the national, European, and global levels.”
