Speculation of Richarlison football transfer to PSG grows, Everton manager Rafael Benitez has insisted that the club has no intention of selling the Brazilian. Benitez has opened up on the future of Everton players – Richarlison, James Rodriguez, and Moise Kean.
According to reports PSG is keen to replace Kylian Mbappe with Richarlison if the Frenchman completes a sensational move to Real Madrid. With the start of the new Premier League season, the 24-year-old featured in both of Everton’s games, scoring and assisting in a 3-1 victory over Southampton.
On the other hand, Rafael Benitez was adamant that Everton will not sell the 24-year-old, who helped Brazil win Olympic gold in Tokyo, in the final days of the transfer window. “We are not considering selling him,” the Everton boss said claim Liverpool Echo. “He is our player, we are really pleased with him, really happy. Hopefully, he can score a lot of goals this year for us.”
Juventus is reportedly eyeing on Moise Kean, who spent last season on loan at PSG, though a deal could be contingent on Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Turin. “We have some players that people know that they are good players. But this speculation is something that [journalists] have to do, you need to give information to the fans. But the coaches, we have to concentrate on the players we have,” added Benitez.
On Friday, reports surfaced that the club is in talks with Porto to sign Luis Diaz, with James Rodriguez – who arrived last year under Carlo Ancelotti and went on to score six goals – heading the other way on a season-long loan. “I cannot give you too many answers [on James],” Benitez said. “We will see. If you ask me the question in three days, you might have the solution. Today, it’s just speculation.”
