Barcelona missed the opening points in the third tournament of this season in the Primera. Sevilla played at the Camp Nou last night and remained unbeaten in a 1: 1 draw.
Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman marked Antoine Griezmann as one of the culprits for the loss of the game, records Marca.
“He had two chances and because of his quality, he had to score at least one goal. He had to,” said Koeman, explaining why he took the French striker out at half time last game in Vigo.
“It was a tactical change. We were left with a player less and I decided to leave Ansua Fati in the game with whom we have more depth and speed.”
Barcelona scored eight goals in three rounds, and Griezmann did not compete in any. Scoring 15 goals with four assists in 48 occurrences, he did not exceed last season either.
