This summer Arsenal is reportedly considering a surprise move for Felipe Anderson winger of West Ham United.
To raise funds, the Hammers are believed to be open to selling the 27-year-old after he fell out of favor with David Moyes in the second half of last season.
Only one of the 20 Premier League starts for Anderson came after February 24, with Moyes preferring the January arrival likes of Jarrod Bowen in wide spaces.
However, Football Insider believes that with manager Mikel Arteta allegedly a major Brazilian fan, Arsenal could deliver an unexpected route out of the London Stadium.
Anderson develops to be one of Arteta’s top priorities this summer to bolster its attacking options while West Ham is sticking to their asking price in negotiations.
The Hammers signed Anderson for £ 36 m from Lazio in 2018, thus intends to raise the same amount and plan to use that cash to boost other team areas.
Anderson only has two years left on his deal at London Stadium, with West Ham on top of that being able to activate a further year’s option.
