Andrea Pirlo showed interest in Oliver Giroud

Juventus manager Andrea Pirlo indicated that he might ask club officials to approach Olivier Giroud for Chelsea.

Although Blues manager Frank Lampard regarded the 34-year-old as a crucial figure, Pirlo has indicated the winner of the World Cup is on his radar.

Giroud would “be handy” when revealing that he is in the market for a new striker, acknowledged the Juve boss while speaking to DAZN.
