As the reports link Inter Milan full-back, Achraf Hakimi, to a transfer to Arsenal, his agent has asserted that his client is “happy” in Italy.
With Hector Bellerin assumed to leave the Emirates this summer, ahead of the 2021-22 season the Gunners are expected to sign a new right-back.
Hakimi, who is believed to be worth £40 million, has been connected with a move to Mikel Arteta’s side ahead of the upcoming transfer window, nevertheless, the 22-year-agent old’s has quickly dismissed such reports.
Speaking to Radio Kiss Kiss, agent Alejandro Camano said: “Hakimi is happy at Inter with [Antonio] Conte, who is an excellent coach. Conte’s style of play suits Achraf and I think he will end up improving a lot because of this experience with the Nerazzurri.”
