Manchester United entertained Aston Villa in the third round of the FA Cup, while Leicester City held Watford and West Ham United at home to Leeds United after Monday’s draw. Out-of-league Chesterfield made a trip to face last season’s runners-up, Chelsea, at Stamford Bridge, while Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur hosted League 1 Morecambe FC. Take a look at the fixtures of the third leg of the FA Cup football tournament scheduled to be played on 8th January 2022.

Third-tier Swindon Town FC had a chance to hit a giant when they were taken home to Manchester City. The third leg, to be held on 7–10 January, includes teams from the Premier League and the Second Division Championship. Kidderminster Harriers FC remained the weakest team in the FA Cup, the host team of the Championship (Level Two) Reading.

Writing about football is one of my favorite things to do. As a football writer, I love the rush of being in the stadium on game day and watching all the action live. It's like no other feeling for me. I'm passionate about writing about it, but until recently I've been doing it as a hobby rather than a profession.
