Luis Nani former Manchester United winger couldn’t conceal his emotions after being sent off during the 2-1 victory over the Columbus Crew in Orlando City.

An angry response from the Orlando players was sparked by the decision and Nani left the pitch in tears.

He was called against Columbus in the starting XL and was initially shown a yellow card for a challenge on Artur, but after a VAR analysis, it was controversially upgraded to a red card.

Nani, who spent seven years at Old Trafford, joined Orlando in 2019 and has been an integral figure for the MLS side, scoring 19 goals in his first 55 games.

Writing about football is one of my favorite things to do. As a football writer, I love the rush of being in the stadium on game day and watching all the action live. It's like no other feeling for me. I'm passionate about writing about it, but until recently I've been doing it as a hobby rather than a profession.
