Bournemouth eyeing Arsenal legend for chairman’s post

Bournemouth is showing interest in Thierry Henry, the Arsenal legend, as its chairman.

The Guardian claims that the Championship club is ramping up its efforts, with Jonathan Woodgate in interim charge, to fill a spot vacated by Jason Tindall a fortnight ago.

Bournemouth needs to talk to the France international Henry, who signed a two-year deal with Montréal in November 2019.

The 43-year-old Henry, head coach of the CF Montréal MLS side, previously managed Monaco and was on the Belgian coaching staff of Roberto Martínez.
