Juventus midfielder Juan Cuadrado has shared his opinions as the team got eliminated from the Champions League at the 1/8 final stage against Porto (1-2, 3-2).
“It’s football. Everyone thinks it’s easy to get through, but it’s not. If you can’t achieve your dreams, it’s not because you’re weak. You have to work until you succeed. That’s what we are going to do. Everything depends on us. I am confident that Juventus are a great team that can succeed,” the player told Tuttosport.
Cuadrado also gave his comments about Cristiano Ronaldo.
“Ronaldo is one of the best players in the world. He’s a professional, from whom you can only learn. Cristiano sets an example by the desire with which he works at every training session and during every game. When he moved to Juve, I couldn’t believe it.”
On having to give Ronaldo number 7 after he joined the club
“For me it’s not that important. It’s more important to go out on the pitch. For me, being able to give is more important than being able to get something.”
