Police are investigating Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo in the Italian city of Aosta, over a ski trip that could have violated the COVID-19 laws of the region.
Under the new rules, trips to the ski resort are not allowed as Val d’Aosta is in an orange zone of medium to high danger, yet on January 27, Ronaldo and his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, were seen skiing in Courmayeur to celebrate her 27th birthday.
For people who own a second home in the city, exceptions may be made, but according to ANSA, it is not the case for Ronaldo, whose acts are now being investigated by local police.
