Goal reveals that Conor Coady from Wolves acknowledged that he would “probably panic” over the likelihood of facing Lionel Messi in the Premier League.

Various clubs have been linked to signing Lionel Messi but Manchester City has developed as the favorites to land the Argentine and he might be reunited with his former coach Pep Guardiola at the Etihad.

“I’d probably panic, a lot of stress before the game to try and get my head around and play it,” Coady said.

“You could watch all the videos in the world to try to set up for someone like him, and you would fight. It would be wonderful for him and the Premier League.”

“We all know how huge the Premier League is. He’s his own man, and he’s going to decide his future, but in terms of the Premier League, if that happens, it’s going to be absolutely unbelievable. Let’s see what happens.”

Writing about football is one of my favorite things to do. As a football writer, I love the rush of being in the stadium on game day and watching all the action live. It's like no other feeling for me. I'm passionate about writing about it, but until recently I've been doing it as a hobby rather than a profession.
