Chennaiyin FC, who are still undefeated in the Hero Indian Premier League 2021-22, will have to put in their best to stop Mumbai City FC’s winning campaign. Defending champions Mumbai have won four out of the five matches they have played so far and are at the top of the table with 12 points. Chennaiyin has a solid defense but Polish forward Lukasz Gikiewicz is missing ahead on the goal. Lukasz missed many chances in the match against East Bengal. Chennai FC head coach Bozidar Bandovic said, “We need to play match by match. We need to keep improving and thus being undefeated is not enough. If you want to be successful, we need to be stable. We need to keep going like this, but of course we need to win the game.”
