Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale, was defended by Dani Ceballos by him asking the critics to rewatch the 2018 Champions League final if they don’t trust him.
Bale has continued to be linked to a step away from the Santiago Bernabeu, with Newcastle United being allegedly involved in being taken over by a Premier League team.
Although Ceballos reminded critics of the 30-year-old’s achievements in the 2018 Champions League final and thinks Bale will join the Premier League.
“Let us not ignore what he’s offered the team. Whoever doesn’t like him, put on the final of the Champions League. He’s given the Club a lot,” said Ceballos on Wednesday to Deportes Cuatro.
“It’s a competition that would be really good for him because he’s the main guy for Madrid,”
Ceballos is still hopeful to be successful at Real Madrid despite his recent loan spell at Arsenal.
Since his arrival from Tottenham to Madrid in 2013, Bale has won four Champions League trophies and one La Liga crown among several other honors.
