Micah Richards: CIty’s first choice for the back and an established player for the team, who owns 11 England Caps playing with City. He was strong and fierce but injuries did break him from inside which is the reason at the age of 31 he retired.

Shaun Wright-Phillips: Playing for Chelsea before was moved to City in 2009. A total of 37 appearances in the year 2008-09 as City finished 10th. Later was moved to New York and started a new career with his famous father Ian Wright in media.

Vincent Kompany: Hughes signed Kompany and it proved a brilliant idea. He spent a decade in Manchester out of these many years he has been a captain for a long and there is a statue outside the stadium of the four-time Premier League Winner.

Robinho: The Ballon D’or winner Robinho was signed to City in the year 2008. He then moved on to AC Milan after scoring 15 times in his very first season with the club.

Mark Hughes: A former Barcelona and Man United striker won two of his last 11 matches when he was in charge at City. He now took over Bradford City in February as he was without his manager job for almost three long years.
