Barcelona presidential candidate Victor Font has talked about the potential signing of Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Haaland.
“There are pre-election campaigns now, so hearing popular names is the order of the day, but fans are smart and understand that it’s not about promising a high-profile transfer, as happened with Beckham in 2003,” said Font to Goal.
“Now we have to generate interest from the other side. There is a new generation that deserves responsibility and the right conditions to make decisions.”
