To avoid coronavirus spread lockdown rule is applied in most of the countries, wherein you are not allowed to visit others who do not belong to your own household. The same directive is followed in the UK.

Four Arsenal players were found violating the lockdown rule. Pepe was seen playing soccer with friends in a park, Lacazette was seen close together with a car cleaner, and Luiz and Xhaka were seen in a park in Southgate, according to The Sun.

All of them were allegedly alerted by the club. Arsenal reminded Nicolas Pepe, Alexandre Lacazette, David Luiz, and Granit Xhaka of their duties after they had been caught breaking the lockout laws.
