During his possession at Stamford Bridge, he can’t thank John Terry enough for his professionalism, confirmed Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.
In Conte’s first year at the club when Chelsea won the Premier League, Terry found himself limited to a substitute bench for most of the campaign.
The veteran was then Praised by Conte, who he said proved invaluable behind the scenes when he moved from Italy to England.
Conte said speaking to Sky Sports News, “It was a great honor for me to be a Chelsea legend coach like John Terry.
“We are talking about a top man, a perfect man, and then a top player. He helped me a lot in my first season in and out of the pitch. He was crucial in the training ground, during the sessions to keep the concentration standards high.”
“I will never be able to thank him enough. He was vital for our team and me.”
