Toby Alderweireld from Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly close to joining Club Brugge in a major swap deal.
Alderweireld has made 27 starts across all competitions this season which is his sixth with Tottenham.
The Belgium international has recently confirmed that he will be open to returning to his country. Club Brugge may be able to grab the opportunity.
The Belgian First Division A champions have had their eye on Alderweireld for some time and could make an approach this summer, according to Voetbal 24.
Alderweireld’s Spurs deal has one more year left to run, so Brugge will have to pay a heavy amount by their standards.
