Amid reported interest from AC Milan, Tottenham Hotspur offered an asking price of a £23 m fee for Serge Aurier, according to reports.
In 2017 the Ivorian arrived in north London from Paris Saint-Germain and for Spurs, he went on to make 83 appearances in all competitions, with 42 coming in the 2019-20 season.
Aurier’s future remains unclear ahead of next season, however, the defender has only under two years left to run on his new contract with Jose Mourinho’s side.
If the 27-year-old wants to pass on this summer, Spurs were keen to recoup the entire £23 m they forked out for Aurier three years ago, according to the Daily Mail.
