PSG drew away against St. Etienne (1: 1) in the first game of Mauricio Pochettino on the bench of the current French champion.

PSG dominated the ball, as expected, but failed to make a turnaround.

The home side took the lead through Romain Hamoume in the 19th minute, and then three minutes later Moise Kean equalized.

Due to a defensive blunder leaving Denis Bouanga completely unmarked the visitors got a chance to pulling one back after 70 minutes.

This was the first game for Pochettin on the PSG bench, where he replaced Thomas Tuchel.

In the table with three points less than Lyon, PSG is now second while St. Etienne in 14th place.
